Nudism – under the right conditions the forces of nature can regenerate us

Some folks wonder what to think of nudism and of the fact that people are increasingly scantily clad on the beaches in summer. Perhaps instinctively, nudists have discovered a truth: that a natural way of life is beneficial. But as they have no initiatic knowledge, they do not get any great benefits from it. You might say that you do not need an initiatic teaching in order to expose your body to the sun and air. True, but when you know nothing about the nature of the influences you are exposing yourself to, there is not much to be gained. Nudists should have at least a few methods, some notion of what state of mind they should be in when exposing their naked bodies.
For what we receive in this way depends on the thoughts and feelings we harbour within us. The skin itself is neutral, it can let anything in, whether good or bad. It is our consciousness, our thoughts that direct and control its work. Depending on what goes on in your mind, your skin will facilitate or hinder the penetration of certain elements. If your thoughts are pure, luminous and godly, it is as though your skin received orders from above to set to work to repulse toxic elements and attract only particles and energies that revitalize. When practised in the right conditions, this communion with the forces of nature can renew and regenerate you.
